The rooms don't look anything like the pictures online. The bathroom is so tiny (the toilet already touches the shower curtain/no shower divider) and the room isn't cleaned thoroughly (floors not swept well, dirty curtains, etc.). There were bugs on the bed and the blanket had a hole and stains. The room looks old, with chipped paint and old grout. There are so many cleaner and comfier hotel rooms in Manila that are cheaper and more value for money than this. And to think this room is branded as deluxe!! Paid 1,980 but I would not pay more than 1,000 for this or at all. Don't book here, you'll find better options if you do your research. ✌️

We arrived 12 midnight. Being tired from a long transfer we wanted to have a good rest. Upon arrival we were given a wrong room base on # of pax & type of room booked. They immediately transferred us to a family room. The room is quite small specially the toilet. It's so tight that if you want to discharge, you will literally be facing the wall to your face when seated in the toilet bowl. Shampoo & bath soap dispensers aren't working well. Internet connection was very poor!

Far cry from my expectations. When I saw cockroaches in the lobby and dining area, I tolerated it. But having one in my room is a different story! On top of that: 1. Room and bathroom are so small. No refrigerator 2. Terrible view from the room. 3. Understaffed during peak season - Christmas time. Restaurant closed! Open only for breakfast 4. Far from the essential part of the City. Need to ride a tricycle that’s charging so much Not recommended at all! UPDATE: In fairness, when I complained about the cockroach (I showed them a pic), they transferred us to a slightly bigger room and gave us complimentary extended stay and AirPort transfer beyond their regular hours

Stayed with family for vacation. Room rate was cheap, Room was okay and clean however needed to maintain more. The breakfast filipino food and it was exceptional. The location was far to the city however the area was situated near restaurants.

A nice and quiet place to stay in after a long activities from adventuring the island of Palawan. It has a pool that can be used up until 10 pm. The staffs are quite nice. After your stay in the hotel, they will also deliver you to the airport.

If you want a quiet place, somehow near the airport within the city while enjoying the province ambiance, this hotel is great. The service is great. Breakfast is free. Has a pool for quick deep and refresher. Rooms are big and clean. The crews are accommodating and approachable.
